VANCOUVER, BC – September 23, 2009 – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX-V: IB) (“IBC” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that it has engaged the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. (“Renmark”) to enhance its investor relations activities and effectively communicate shareholder value to investors.
Renmark, based in Montreal, Quebec, is engaged in the business of providing marketing, promotional and investor relations services to listed companies. Renmark will establish a liaison between the Company and its retail investors and increase visibility of the Company in the marketplace through participation in tradeshows and investor forums and will assist with the dissemination of corporate information. Renmark and its managing partners deal at arm’s length with the Company. No individual representing Renmark holds any interest, directly or indirectly, in IBC or its securities.
In connection with the engagement, Renmark will receive consulting fees on a month to month basis of C$5,000 per month commencing October 1, 2009. The consulting agreement is subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
