Beryllium-Aluminum Castings IBC’s proprietary Beralcast®️ material combines beryllium’s lightweight and high stiffness with aluminum’s excellent processing characteristics and low cost. Its high modulus of elasticity allows for stable three-dimensional precision casting. It overcomes the limitations of pure beryllium and existing powder metal beryllium aluminum products.
Beryllium-Aluminum Alloys IBC produces a wide range of advanced beryllium casting alloys beyond our flagship Beralcast®️ family of products, including beryllium-copper alloys, high-strength beryllium-copper casting alloys, high-conductivity beryllium-copper casting alloys, beryllium-nickel casting alloys, and many more.

Copper Alloy Castings & Forgings

IBC can custom manufacture a wide variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings in plate, block, rounds, discs, bars, rings, tubes, rods, and other custom forgings. We also make specialty copper alloy forgings for plastic mold tooling and resistance welding applications.

Copper Alloy Fabricated Shapes

The IBC Copper Alloys division produces a wide variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings including beryllium copper, chrome copper and aluminum bronze in plate, block, bar, rings. We also develop specialty copper alloy forgings for plastic mold tooling and resistance welding applications.

Tolling Services and Metallurgical Consulting

IBC’s Copper Alloys division also offers customers a full range of manufacturing and support services including casting and master alloy products, cast and forged billet products, semi-continuous cast input billets, and wrought products.

Thermal Mold Super

Thermal-Mold Super™️ is a beryllium-free mold alloy of Copper-Nickel-Silicon-Chrome that has similar hardness and conductivity properties to copper-beryllium coupled with superior thermal properties. This range of properties makes Thermal-Mould™️ Super the premier material for copper alloy molds and a wide range of other applications from oil and gas to aerospace.
