IBC Advanced Alloys Announces Planned Issuance of Shares in Satisfaction of Convertible Security Interest Payment Obligations

FRANKLIN, IN – (March 9, 2022) – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (“IBC” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: IB; OTCQB: IAALF) announces that in accordance with the terms of (i) a convertible security funding agreement dated May 20, 2019 entered into between the Company and Lind Global Macro Fund, LP; and (ii) a convertible security funding agreement dated October 6, 2021 entered into between the Company and Lind Global Fund II, LP (collectively, the “Funding Agreements”), the investors thereof have elected to receive 302,427 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) in satisfaction of C$51,715.11 in accrued interest payable to the Investors as of February 28, 2022 at a deemed issue price of $0.1710 per Common Share.

Pursuant to the terms of the Funding Agreements, the price of the Common Shares is based on 90% of the closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) on the day prior to the date of the conversion notice.

The issuance of the Common Shares in lieu of cash is subject to the terms and conditions of the Funding Agreements as well as the receipt of all requisite approvals, including, without limitation, the approval of the TSXV.
