IBC Advanced Alloys Appoints Kevin Raftery as Special Advisor to Beralcast®

VANCOUVER, BC — June 10, 2010 – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX.V:IB) (“IBC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kevin Raftery as a Special Advisor to the Company’s Beralcast® division. He is one of the co-inventors of Beralcast(r) technology and is named on US Patents 5,603,780 and 5,421,916. Mr. Raftery’s advisory services will focus on assisting the Company with its Beralcast(r) marketing and operating plan as well as helping to develop the longer-term business strategy for Beralcast®.

Mr. Raftery is currently the Director of Tactical Reconnaissance Systems for ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) systems for a Fortune 500 company which is a leading global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industry. He has direct experience and understanding of Beralcast’s many aerospace, military and commercial applications and is a strong supporter of the advanced beryllium aluminum alloy’s potential.
