(TSX-V: IB) (“IBC” or the “Company”) announced it has retained Rubenstein Investor Relations (“RIR”) to provide investor relations services to the Company. Based in New York, RIR has been providing investor relations services for 17 years to a wide range of TSX, TSX Venture and US listed companies, helping its clients expand their presence in the North American financial and investor communities.

The agreement between the Company and RIR will consist of a monthly retainer of $7,500.00 for an initial six month period, and an option grant of 200,000 options with $0.20 exercise price.
