IBC Advanced Alloys Grants Incentive Stock Options

Vancouver, BC – May 25, 2011 – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX-V: IB) (“IBC” or the “Company”) has granted incentive stock options to a consultant of the Company, for the purchase of 200,000 common shares of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.26 each until May 24, 2016. The options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2010 stock option plan and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies and approval.
