IBC Advanced Alloys Issues Shares for Consulting Services

VANCOUVER, BC – February 24, 2014 – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX-V: IB; OTCQX: IAALF) (“IBC” or the “Company”)  further to IBC’s news release of January 28, 2014 the company has issued 427,778 common shares at a price of $0.135 per common share to an arms-length consultant. This issuance represents payment for the second six months of services provided by the consultant pursuant to a one-year consulting agreement. This transaction has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.

 

The common shares are subject to a four-month statutory hold period from the date of issuance. IBC now has a total of 63,597,911 common shares issued and outstanding.
